Smiley Faces Survey Form Fragment
Description
Form Fragment that displays smiley faces for feedback collection.
It is designed for use within a Form Display and connects to an Object
field, mapping smiley face selections to Picklist values.
In order
to collect the values, create a Picklist with the same values in this
fragment (grinning, happy, neutral, sad and angry)and have it
connected to a Select field in your custom Object.
